SHOP POLICIES

LATE POLICY:
We have a strict 10 minute late policy. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes after the start of your appointment you will be marked as a No-Show, we will not be able to fulfill your service, and the full service cost will be charged to the card on file.
If you arrive late, within 10 minutes of your start time, the service duration may be shortened and the full service cost will still apply.


CANCELLATION MORE THAN AN HOUR BEFORE:

Cancelling or rescheduling at least one hour before the start of your appointment will not result in any fees. You can do so by calling the shop -or- via the Square Go booking app. Please try to give us as much notice as possible.


CANCELLATION LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE:

Cancelling or rescheduling less than an hour before your appointment’s start time can only be done by calling the shop, and will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost, charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to protect our barbers.


CANCELLATION AFTER APPOINTMENT START:

Cancelling or rescheduling after the start of your appointment time will lead to you being marked as a No-Show, resulting in a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost. This policy is in place to protect our barbers.


NO-SHOW POLICY
:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full service cost will be charged to the card on file.


REFUNDS:

Fees resulting due to any of the above policies are non-refundable and will be charged to the payment method on file.


EXCEPTIONS:

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur. If you believe your cancellation falls under exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.
