    Please Note: Appointments online can only be booked more than an hour in advance. If you’re looking for something within the hour, please call to see if there are any openings.

  • Yes, we do take walk-ins.

    We highly recommend booking an appointment though, as we do book up fast.

  • We accept various payment methods: credit/debit cards, cash, mobile payments, digital wallets, etc. There are also ATMs available at both locations.

    Please Note: Tips are cash-only.

  • Yes, our entire team of barbers are skilled and experienced in working with all hair types and textures.

  • Come as early as you like- as long as you’re here by the start of your appointment time. Feel free to hang out prior & enjoy a complimentary drink at our bar.

  • Both locations are street parking only.

    Our Northern Liberties location does have a paid lot available across the street, located at 22 W Wildey St. Click here to reserve a spot ahead of time.

  • Yes, both of our barbershop locations are fully wheelchair accessible. We have step-free entries, wide doorways, and ADA-compliant restrooms to ensure comfort and ease for all our clients. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help.

  • Yes, you can set up reoccurring appointments in person or over the phone.

  • Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

    MORE THAN AN HOUR BEFORE:
    Cancelling or rescheduling at least one hour before the start of your appointment will not result in any fees. You can do so by calling the shop -or- via the Square Go booking app. Please try to give us as much notice as possible.

    LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE:
    Cancelling or rescheduling less than an hour before your appointment’s start time can only be done by calling the shop, and will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost, charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to protect our barbers.

    AFTER START OF APPOINTMENT:
    Cancelling or rescheduling after the start of your appointment time will lead to you being marked as a No-Show, resulting in a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost. This policy is in place to protect our barbers.

  • We require a card on file to secure your appointment, but don’t worry—your card is never charged at the time of booking. This policy is simply in place to protect our barbers from no-shows and cancellations within the hour. Our barbers dedicate their time to serving clients, and a missed appointment with no opportunity to be rebooked results in lost income for them.
